The ThermaSteel Building System is a unique patented process utilising the power of composite technology. Fire retardant modified polystyrene is bonded to a galvanised steel frame producing a lightweight composite panel that provides structural framing, insulation, sheathing and a vapour barrier in one, fast, high-tech step.

The ThermaSteel panel may be used for walls, partitions, floors and roofs. Combinations of panels are screwed together to form a building system that is fast, lightweight and extremely strong with superior thermal properties.

The thermal insulating properties of expanded polystyrene are well known. In addition, ThermaSteel panels are designed with thermal breaks throughout so that the steel channels are never continuous from inside to outside of the panel. Even the shiplap panel joints conserve the integrity of this thermal break.

Panels may be custom manufactured to your specifications, and are delivered to your site ready to be erected, with door and window openings already formed into the panels.
